1. SERVICES OFFERED :
My Pandit Ji is a platform that helps users book Hindu religious services (Poojas, Kathas, Rituals)

and related products such as pooja samagri kits.
We act as a service facilitator connecting customers with independent Pandit Ji’s.

2. BOOKING & SERVICE CONFIRMATION

All pooja bookings are subject to availability of Pandit Ji in the selected city.

Booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment or advance payment (if applicable).

The final date and time of pooja depend on customer input; customers are requested to enter details carefully.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices displayed on the website may vary based on city, pooja type, and additional requirements.

Customers may be required to pay a partial or full amount online at the time of booking.

Remaining payment (if any) is to be paid directly to the Pandit Ji after completion of the pooja.

Prices for pooja samagri kits are separate and optional unless mentioned otherwise.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be informed in advance ( before 24 hours) via WhatsApp or phone.

Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for refund.

In case of unavoidable circumstances, My Pandit Ji reserves the right to reschedule or assign an alternative Pandit Ji.

5. REFUND POLICY

Advance payments are generally non-refundable once the Pandit Ji has been assigned.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after internal review.

No refund will be provided for incorrect details submitted by the customer (wrong date, time, address, etc.).

6. POOJA SAMAGRI PRODUCTS

Samagri kits sold through My Pandit Ji are sourced from verified vendors.

Images shown are for reference; actual products may slightly vary.

Once delivered, samagri products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. USERS RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must provide accurate personal, address, and contact details.

Any incorrect information may lead to service delay or cancellation without refund.

Customers are expected to maintain respectful conduct with Pandit Jis.

8. PANDIT JI RESPONSIBILITIES

Pandit Ji’s listed on the platform are independent service providers.

My Pandit Ji is not responsible for personal disputes, rituals performed outside agreed scope, or additional demands made directly by Pandit Ji.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES

My Pandit Ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited only to the amount paid through the platform.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

My Pandit Ji reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

11. GOVERNING LAWS

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Madhya Pradesh, India.
