Refund & Return Policy ​

At My Pandit Ji, we provide both pooja services and physical products related to pooja and ceremonies. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Pooja Services (Pandit Booking)

  • Once a pooja service is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • If cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pooja, a partial refund may be considered after deduction of administrative charges.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the same day of the pooja.

  • In case of unavoidable situations from our side (pandit unavailability, technical issues), we will offer rescheduling or a refund at our discretion.

2. Pooja Samagri / Products

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item is delivered.

  • The customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos.

  • Products once used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

  • After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized pooja items

  • Digital services or consultation

  • Products damaged due to customer handling
